Parent Questions & Concerns

At ¿ìè Chicago, we prioritize strong partnerships with our families rooted in direct and open communication so that our students feel the strength of the support around them. As partners in your child’s education, we are here to support you and your family should any questions or concerns arise regarding a ¿ìè Chicago policy, decision, or interaction.

The process below is designed to ensure that questions and concerns are handled effectively and efficiently:

1. Contact your student’s Classroom Teacher to schedule a call or meeting to discuss your concern. 
2. In the event the Classroom Teacher is unable to address or resolve your concern, please contact the School Leader or Assistant Principal to schedule a call or a meeting to discuss your concern. 
3. In the event the School Leader or Assistant Principal is unable to address or resolve your concern, please contact Head of Schools Tessa Catlett (contact information below).
4. In the event the Head of Schools is unable to address or resolve your concern, please contact Senior Head of Schools Cory Washington (contact information below).
